Displays djvu files well, but no search It displays djvu files flawlessly. I like the zoom wheel. The full-screen mode is good and the scrolling through books easy and fast. It is also possible to jump to specific pages by page number. However very much missing is a search functionality. Also bookmarks are not displayed and can hence not be used to jump to specific sections.
Slow performance, no settings Dead-simple interface, with no settings at all. Looking at the project homepage, it seems like a dead project, no updates for over a year. It also had an extremely poor performance rendering the PDF of the manual of LG IPS224V Monitor. The cover page of that PDF took a long time (10 seconds, maybe?) to render just a tiny fraction of it. Just for comparison, EBookDroid rendered it instantly.
Good, but a little slow Good PDF reader that also propely renders the images that I have in certain Software Design documents. It's quite slow to render complex pages, but I can live with that.
The best DJVU reader around and with an active developer. Haven't tried it since update, but my biggest gripe old gripe is crashes on large books.
Lacks bookmarks The feature I mostly need is bookmarks, otherwise it's impractical to navigate scientific books. The zoom bar also pops annoyingly while scrolling, could I disable it completely? Yet this is the best free app available for reading Djvus.
I'm confused by some reviews, double tap to hide zoom bar. Overall really good compared to others. Holds place in each pdf and no ads.
* Fixed many of critical crash issues.
* Improved rendering speed.
