App is good with a few improvements needed. Wish there was some sound playing when Sam wasn't talking. One time the session stopped playing for some reason, so I sat there for a while waiting for him to come back... now whenever there is extended silence I get paranoid it stopped. Also I've been trying to restart the introductory course so I mark as un-read, but the app keeps reverting them back to watched.

The app overall is good. Sam does a good job at guiding you through the process and provides a deeper insight with the lessons on top of that. But the pilots itself, functionally, leaves a lot to be desired. The biggest problem being the responsiveness of the app is terrible. You can repeatedly tap the icon for account settings and the app will do nothing. Or tap the button for the next guide and the app will, again, do nothing. Not even provide feedback that it's downloading. Just... Nothing.

App interface is clean & intuitive. Includes a variety of superb quality content. Of course, best of all are the guided meditations. Excellent introductory series for those who have never meditated, or done so very little, and guided under a secular scope by someone who has studied neuroscience, to boot. No woo, no wishy washy language, but rather technical, clear terms of what is happening in the brain and how this benefits the mind to sublime productive potential for all aspects of life.
