This app needs an update by the software developers ASAP! It's consistently inconsistent when it comes to sending notifications. It happens way to frequently. This has been going on for months! Recently I wanted to change my notification time, and now the app doesn't even give you that option anymore as it did before. When opening the app and clicking on the 3 dots (more) then clicked on notifications, it says "Try refreshing this page, or let us know and we'll help you fix the problem". FIX IT!

My main reason for downloading this app was to be notified of changes in schedule due to holidays. Well...it got tested and failed over Christmas and New Years. I was notified the night before, on my NORMAL trash pickup schedule. Trash was picked up one day later after both holidays. I really don't need this app if it can't keep track of holiday schedule deviations.

It gives me a notification the day before trash pickup which is very helpful when I completely forget about it, or when I'm not sure what day pick up is because of a holiday. It now does not tell me the correct dates for holidays. One message says pickup is delayed but the other says it's on the normal day. Very confusing, I guess I will put my can out on the normal day just in case. Update- the app crashes when I try to search something in the 'waste wizard' which makes the feature unusable.
