This app needs an update by the software developers ASAP! It's consistently inconsistent when it comes to sending notifications. It happens way to frequently. This has been going on for months! Recently I wanted to change my notification time, and now the app doesn't even give you that option anymore as it did before. When opening the app and clicking on the 3 dots (more) then clicked on notifications, it says "Try refreshing this page, or let us know and we'll help you fix the problem". FIX IT!

updated: I put my address in again, and it seemed to reset. it has the calendar up now. original: I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but it doesn't show any calendar for trash/recycling pick up. it also used to send me notifications, and doesn't anymore. The app is pretty much blank, and worthless. it didn't used to be, but there must have been some kind of an update that trashed it. No pun intended.

I give it two stars because it will give updates to the pickup days, like holidays and such. But you can no longer pay your bill through it and that sucks. I used to get notifications too, but that doesn't work anymore either. You keep going up on the bill but it's clearly not going into the app. If all I had was my phone to pay my bill and couldn't you'd let that trash sit there and rot with no hesitation. Get it together people.
