I like what it does but the sign in is annoying. The only thing the fingerprint is good for is when you switch apps, like to read a text and come right back. Yes you have to sign back in and then you can use the fingerprint. If you close the app and come back a few hours later you cannot use your fingerprint. No you must either have an easy password or a password manager to get back in. No security reason cuts it for me. My banks are ALL easier to use. This is why I hate this app.

this app is way too hard to log into. I've enabled biometrics, that never works. I've created passkeys but there's no option to log in with pass keys on the app. I've created Google pass keys on my phone and use Samsung pass as well and nothing works. every time I have to type my username and my password even though the app is supposed to remember this device. it's a headache just to log in.

easy to navigate for the Most part. Has all the info u need for ur taylored heath plan. So happy to have this tool to plan and do all my looking up for the info I need when it comes to my health care coverage and care providers.
