Honestly this is just getting worse with every single update. More crashes, more glitches... I've had this app for about 3 years and it's never worked this bad. Shouldn't be happening for a company as big as this one. I like the set up, and quick transfers and the new features but it just crashes too much. Couldn't get my transactions page to scroll down this morning, kept on glitching and bringing it back to the top. A bit hard when you're looking for an older transaction..

Pretty basic mobile app, though I must say it's quite well-designed and good to look at. My biggest annoyance is how confusing the order of transactions is in the Choice account. They're literally all over the place. A transaction made today appears recorded on a date two days after. It doesn't even honour times within a day. From transactions today: the first one appears in the middle, last one in the end, and middle one on top. This is really perplexing and unhelpful for tracking expenses.

On android the app won't open. Screen appears for a split second, only to then immediately close. Upon reopening it gets to the secure thumbprint mode but before you even get to sign in, it crashes again. I've logged a support complaint but appears to be a standard reply of "we'll look Ito it and may take 5 business days". A week later they send the same email. Terrible app and service!
