New look and feel of the app adds complications and extra unnecessary clicks. For example 1. App does not open to your accounts, you need to click again to get to accounts. It used to direct straight to your accounts 2. Looking at transactions only show the last few weeks of transactions. You need to click search to see all transactions. It used to have a "show more" button 99% of the time, people are looking at their accounts When looking at transactions, why not just have a show more button

This awful Westpac app is as bad as its customer service! Compared to the excellent CommBank app Westpac has a long way to go. Tried using the chat service and got disconnected in the middle of the chat not once, not twice but 3 times! Apparently due to a technical issue, I gave up. And that Red chat bot is useless and extremely annoying. Terrible service, terrible app.

My phone is up to date, the app is up to date, yet the problem mentioned below still happens every 3-4 uses Keeps asking to update my sign in details every 3-4 uses. I set up 4 digit password only for it to work once and then needing to login with my full password again. I constantly have to set up my quick access as it disappears every 3-4 uses. I have cleared data, I installed app and reinstalled and it does not fix it. Please fix these bugs
