Ratings and reviews

It will be good if we can see more accounts in the Quick Balance screen, and to be listed as the more compact (smaller size) items. Like, to see the 4 accounts, or more per screen, will be much better, or as many as we want, to see or remove. Also, the compatibility support for older android systems is neglected, so that can be improved, eg. 3 android versions back, at least. Otherwise, pretty useful app, and very helpful.

After relying on the Westpac app for years, I am losing confidence & will stop using it, I give credit to the developer - I think the app is heading in the right direction w/ the personalized tags and would give a 5 stars IF/WHEN it works which is 50-50 at best. Since the upgrade, the app freezes, crashes, not letting biometrics or manual login or transfer, and the list of problems goes on. It has put me in a bad spots. What's the point of having a "state of the art" app that doesn't work?
