As a dictionary, it is outstanding. But the UI for this app is very primitive. Having the word edit next to each section header is a major distraction. Can't it be replaced with an icon? And it would be nice to be able to specify a language. I don't always care if a word has meanings in French or German. I want to be able filter all that out and just see the English meanings. I hope the app will improve in time as it has the potential to be a world beater like Wikipedia.
Useless app. It's the same as using the browser. I expected a more interactive interface, like the ability to select preferred languages. For example, I mostly use this as a Japanese to English dictionary. It would be nice to have an option to only show Japanese language when searching for kanji, hiding the Chinese definitions. Also, no optimization for smartphone screens at all.
Great dictionary, but problems with input I use this often, but when I switched from Galaxy S4 to S6 the input doesn't work well. It appears to lock up and not display suggestions. I discovered by accident that tapping outside the input pane unlocks and updates the window. Then it looks right. I just have to periodically tap the main window to get an updated display. Otherwise, I like it.
Useful, but still some minor issues I use it to search words both in English and Russian, and works quite well. The optimal page resizing on different screens does not work very well and the predictive search feature (i.e. the autocompletion of the words) works only for latin characters (in cyrillic it does not work as in the web version). Once these two things will be updated, I'll give it five stars easily.
Rough but works Formatting is off in some places, and I really don't like that searches for an existing word take you to a list of search results, instead of straight to that word's entry. But the app works, and it's significantly faster than opening Wiktionary in the Chrome browser on my phone. I like the quality and breadth of Wiktionary's entries.
I only installed it to facilitate definition links in Wikipedia, instead of opening a browser every time. The app is lacking in a few areas, namely NO TITLE of the word on the page that your looking up... and a number of other issues of manoeuvrability, accessing settings, zoom options, etc
