Absolute trash. What a waste of a budget, they made a second app so that you can have added steps, an additional login (with different requirements!), an account that can't link to the same bank, and more! Just so I can "set a savings goal" or get a "spending analyses"? Massive mistake to green light this monstrosity of inconvenience, and a massive headache for everyone who banks with WSECU. They have one month while I figure out an alternative and I'll be closing everything but my credit cards

Incredibly frustrated with this new update. Downloading a second WSECU banking app is redundant and absolutely adds more work for a small business owner. I could easily manage my personal and business accounts in one area previously. Going on two days of not being able to fully access and transfer money between accounts and this update has negatively impacted my personal income. I shouldn't have to take time out of my day to sit on hold to set up an account with a bank ive been using for 6+years

After the nightmare of the last new app now we're supposed to do it again?? AND prob worst of all - they have removed my ability to have my personal and biz accts linked and to see them together. EVERY bank allows for that because it's absolutely mandatory. My biz acct is the entire reason my personal acct even HAS money. Every biz owner HAS to be able to easily see the balances on both to see what needs transferred. WSECU is pushing out all their customers - myself included.
