Ratings and reviews

Doesn't work. Doesn't recognize members to register. Once you get that fixed it just keeps taking you in circles when you try to register for a class, if you can even get past all the virtual workout junk. (People join the Y to do something in person. The virtual stuff shouldn't come up first). The class doesn't come up no matter your search parameters. When you finally stumble on the class in the schedule, it says you have to register but gives no way to do so. Then later it tells you it's full

I would love to score it better, but I can't. In the last month it's gone from being a good app to being a boat anchor. It logs me out every time I close it and requires me to go through the full authentication to get back in. BUT...... To make it even worse, the multi step authentication process, requiring that I get an email with a 6-digit code, doesn't work and I have to do it multiple times to get logged in. Right now I have 18 emails with codes from the last 3 weeks..... Fix it!

Just rejoined the Y for winter. Your app says I am not a member. I am a member. Front desk can't get it to work. I just want to be able to see if the pool has been closed suddenly, due to chemicals being off or someone pooping in the pool before I pack, feed, drive, and unload 4 kids, only to find it closed. Also, the scan in feature was the only other reason I used it. Make it easier. Make it more basic with easier login. 2 step verification emails take forever to come.
