The idea is great, but the customer service is terrible, and they don't hold any responsibility in case the order is late or wrong, and you'renot even allowed to cancel or refuse to take it even if it's HOURS late. Online chat is a disaster, they keep u waiting forever, and if the app crashes ir u lose connectivity for a minute, they cut you off, just close the chat with a lousy disclaimer. And they never take serious action. I really believe they should work on the customer service and follow up part
Too many ads, pops up asking for rating even if you say ignore....and way too many notifications that you can't turn off properly... Also no option to cancel orders even of they haven't been peocessed for 2 years
Why i can't share resturant menus? It would be more convenient if we are group that we can share the menu say on whatsapp so that we all can choose the order. And yeah too many pop ups and notifications for no reason
It is good. But for taking the order there should be a reasonable time. Because i can change the restaurant if order intake it taking late. I am waiting for long time for conformation witch is not counted. Or for another option add a cancel button till order is taken. If this features are added surely 5 star.
It's a great app, but some listed restaurants do not actually deliver to my area. I wish you can get more restaurants on board, but I understand how tough it can be especially for a start up. Other than that, absolutely love it. Rabena ma3aku ❤️
Easy to use. There are some glitches when i try to order and I'm informed of an extra fee for my location but still the app refuses to order. I'd also like to share a menu or an order. I hope this option can be added. Overall i am satisfied and this is where I normally go for delivery orders. Thanks
