In key situations needing to pay using this app just won't let me in (ovo connection not available) and NO, my internet is stable so don't tell me to check my internet connection. I even wrote this while having this exact issue. NEW MAJOR ISSUE: In merchant payment now always failed and refunded. I could not pay in any apps I use which makes this app useless.

I couldn't pay with the qris code that I uploaded, failed all the time. it's literally my 1st payment of the week, no, month and it keeps on failing. the worst customer service ever, I complained about my problem and an automated bot message was the only thing I got. y'all suck

Can't open the app because it keep saying : connection issue (koneksi ke OVO terkendala) although the internet connection is OK. It started happen from one month ago. Please do troubleshooting, otherwise will change to Gopay, Dana, Linkaja etc
