A friendly image editor that requires no internet connection or preexisting expertise. Just some photos and have at it.
The app allows you to adjust attributes like brightness or contrast as well as add effects like a vignette or a border. It also allows you to flip, rotate and crop the image to your heart's desire. If you're a pro, you can even preview your edits on a histogram.
When you're done, just save the photo with the quality settings of your choosing. You also get a choice in whether or not to keep metadata such as location information.

Ratings and reviews

I love a lot of things about this app and I'd like to use it more often but without basic exporting and compression tools, it's not gonna work for me. Think Snapseed (which I'm currently using and is almost a perfect search for what I need). I'd even donate to this app regularly with just a bit more features. Also, if you can make an alternative to YouTube Create for video editing 🔥🔥 I haven't found any FOSS alternatives to that.

Unironically a friendly image editor! it looks really good and works well! The app was released last year, so it's still "simpler" than others, but honestly, for a "recent" app, this is really good! Also love how you can easily remove the metadata from the images! FOSS FTW 🧡

Powerful color correction, even has a scope. I can't figure out what the eye button does. You can also strip the metadata, which is cool. No text, not good for memes/layering. You should add ribbons and make it really focused on color
