About this app

PIAGGIO MULTIMEDIA PLATFORM LINKS SCOOTERS TO THE WORLD

Piaggio Multimedia Platform (PMP) is the innovative application that completes the accessory installed on Piaggio Scooters.
PMP establishes a wireless connection between your scooter and your smartphone transforming it in a sophisticated multifunction on board computer, always on the Net.

PMP accessory is now available for all versions of Piaggio X10 and Piaggio MP3 my 2013.

Information.
The touch screen panel allows you to simultaneously see four parameters as preferred between a large list. Speedometer, rpm indicator, engine power and torque, instant and average fuel consumption, average speed, battery voltage, longitudinal acceleration and extended trip computer, these are but a few of the functions available.

The blinking of the virtual dashboard in case of continuous activation of your direction indicators, reminds you of a possible dangerous situation in traffic.

With PMP you can store all the journey data so as to analyse on your computer, in a simple way, your trip and riding style thanks to a host of parameters acquired by the app in real time.

Safe trip
Piaggio PMP boasts a series of contents that are meant to enhance the riding safety of X10.
If fuel is low, the system automatically tells you which petrol stations are closest and guides you to the one you chose on the map*.

The general analysis function allows you to check vehicle status, explaining - in the case of an anomaly - what to do and indicating the nearest authorised dealer you can go to*.

PMP automatically stores the last position of the vehicle before the engine is switched off, and guides you to if you forget where you parked it.*

Exclusive software.
With the synergic use of gyroscopes and vehicle signals, your smartphone becomes an astonishing roll angle estimator in the bends thanks to the same algorithms installed on Aprilia Superbikes (only for smartphone with gyro sensors).

PMP will be available for several models of Piaggio Group: keep in touch!

*With smartphone navigation utility.

Note: For safety reasons touch screen functions of the app are disabled by default while riding.
For optimal performances, 1Ghz or faster smartphone CPU and Android 3 or up are required.

Next update:
Tire monitoring
On ABS/ASR versions PMP will include the exclusive function for monitoring of tire inflation, warning the user in case of potentially critical situations.

Not Just A Number (Tony)

No update in 3 years! It's the worst app UI experience ever! The UI is plush and colourful also easy to view odo and speedo, if it was compatible with my tablet, if I wanted to strap a 10.1 tab 6 onto my bike. Mobile layout, you'd think more commonly used, would look and feel allot better than the drab grey themed, micro text displays. All in broken English. Essentially ZERO SUPPORT for an expensive multimedia platform, that's totally dysfunctional. Blinker reminder never worked. DISGRACEFUL!

Works OK using PMP on Sei Giorni. Works better on an iPhone which provides GPS speed as an extra. Does provide Fault Diagnostic information when there is an engine fault. Have to enable/re-enable Datalog in settings each time you start the app. Blinker alert works when iPhone connected to Cardo Edge. Not updated for years, so probably limit your expectations

I have a 2022 Piaggio MP3 300 Sport, I have downloaded the PMP app to my Samsung Galaxy A51 searched on Bluetooth for available devices but it cannot find the bike to pair with. Is it my phone, the app or possibly the bike that is the problem??? Any feedback would be much appreciated.
