Getting there So close. Most games play well, some still unfortunately require n64oid to run at a playable framerate. Note that I pretty much just use the glide64 plugin, it renders the most accurate and plays more games then the other options, but this is also probably why it runs slower. The emulator is almost useless next to n64oid without using the glide64 plugin.
best n64 emu yet! perfect! almost every n64 game works... tho paper mario is a bit of a killer for it. but most of the time its fine with the glide gl with no frame skip and fog enabled. the only thing that really annoys me is the auto slot load as i sometimes get a text and can loose upto 4 hrs of progress.. idk if its android 4.0.4 or the galaxy tab 10.1..
Pretty much perfect. This really is a fantastic emulator. Most games run great and look great on the default settings, if they don't then there are enough settings to tweak to fix them. I'm playing on a Nvidia Shield but it runs nicely on my crappy phone too. I haven't tried other N64 emus yet because this already does the job. The only thing I can suggest is for a way to assign input profiles to games so they load automatically, but this really isn't an issue since you can easily swap input profiles with a couple taps. Thanks!
It is okay but... Few issues When playing the legend of zelda majora's mask, in the part of link's memories about the ocarina and zelda it doesn't show image, and the sound it's like interrupted, and it doesn't have to make it full screen, and finally the graphics have issues with the details, they dissappear and appear. If you could fix it would be nice. Thanks! My tablet is alcatel pixi 8 one touch
Works on Nexus Player! Been enjoying Super Smash Bros, Mario Kart 64 and a few others with my Nexus Player and Gamepad! I'll not only give you 5 stars, I'll donate the $0.99 if you make an Android TV launcher icon and give me a way to switch games using my gamepad! In order to switch games, I have to connect my bluetooth keyboard. I have no idea how one would do it without one. And the Android TV Launcher icon would keep me from having to go into settings in order to launch the app every time.
Superb emulator First of all, let me say that this emulator is very very nice. Of course you'll have a couple of glitches but this is mainly due to the fact that emulating the n64 is really a hard job. Unless you are prepared to play with the settings until you get your game running smoothly don't bother downloading. Actually, you don't even deserve to play this emulator. This is by far the best n64 available on android. The developer clearly did a great job and is even handing it out for free. Kudos.
