Tried to rent a bike and it had a flat, but I was still charged for the four minutes I had it away from the dock. Tried to rent the other bike that was there and kept getting error messages. Walked to a different station that had two available bikes, but the app said all the docks were empty so I wasn't able to rent anything. This app is totally broken and I would not recommend using it.

Straightforward, usable app, nothing too fancy but it gets you on a bike when you need it. Only two problems I've found: 1. No scale bar on the map. 2. If you've tapped on a station that's not the one where you're standing at, the app refuses to unlock a bike even though it should be able to figure it out.

I love the bikes share service and use it nearly every day, but this app is so buggy. At lest 3 times a week I get notices that sayim not close enough to unlock when I'm literally touching the dock station. I have location turned on and have selected the right dock. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to work, and that only works about half the time. When the app works, its great. But I've been late to important work meetings several times due to this consistent prpblem
