Had the forever loading screen bug a few times, mostly if I forgot to turn on mobile data or had poor signal when I opened the app. I never had issues with subsequent uses of the app if I got it to work the first time. Very happy with the service (Chapinero, Bogota). Good bikes, considering how much they get used. Plenty of stations, but it's still possible to find empty/full ones. I see rebalancing them often. 1 star ratings are unfair. Very difficult service to provide without any issues.

The clock is still ticking even though I have returned the bike already! And I can't get another bike also! Not happy! Things like these should be resolved immediately!!!

Their stations are constantly buggy, which is why they charged me a 7 hour trip instead of 20 minutes! 80% of the bikes are defective too.
