Poor service, terrible app. The app doesn't link with maps so you cannot see the path to the closest docking station. The bikes clanck all the way. Most of the stations have only electric bicycles, which are more expensive. The free first 10 day are a lie, since they charge you for the electric bikes. Returning them is annoying, you have to shove the bike in the station and hold it with all your strength until is finally recognized. Customer service is in Portuguese, even for hispanic countries.

Terrible app, totally unreliable. It works whenever it feels like, it glitches constantly and none of the bugs have ever been fixed.
