Had the forever loading screen bug a few times, mostly if I forgot to turn on mobile data or had poor signal when I opened the app. I never had issues with subsequent uses of the app if I got it to work the first time. Very happy with the service (Chapinero, Bogota). Good bikes, considering how much they get used. Plenty of stations, but it's still possible to find empty/full ones. I see rebalancing them often. 1 star ratings are unfair. Very difficult service to provide without any issues.

Their stations are constantly buggy, which is why they charged me a 7 hour trip instead of 20 minutes! 80% of the bikes are defective too.

By far the worst experience I had with a company. Nothing went well. From the experience with the app, difficult to add the credit card, map issues, number of bikes on the station didn't match the ones on the app. And to top it off, the electric bike didn't work. When I tried customer service, things went from bad to worse. The only channel available was instant messaging "whatsapp" and took them more than 2 hours to send me an automated message. I will never use them again.
