I didn't agree to being charged and suddenly was charged for a subscription. All I agreed to was the free trial and even took my payment options off, but somehow was still charged. Super don't recommend, especially since it's only a 3 day trial and didn't get a warning it was ending and I'd be charged.

They're Robbers.. I am writing to inquire about an issue with my subscription to your scanning app. I subscribed to a yearly plan last month, but when I opened the app today, it informed me that I have "exceeded 100% of my free scan plan." As a result, I am unable to use the app's scanning features, despite having already paid for a subscription. I find this situation frustrating and disappointing, and I would like to request a refund for my subscription.

Everyone just wants to make a piece of software and get passive income. It's a scanner. I'm not doing free trials or paying monthly. I downloaded this to scan a couple important files before bed, and today I open them on my PC to see a watermark on each page! Completely useless in any kind of environment where you want to appear professional (think "sent from my iphone" type of bs). Time to go rescan with a free app that doesn't want to waste my time and money.
