Both of your service for Mobile Banking & ibanking are too bad. Logging to both service take too much time and keeps loading.. If I close the app and start logging again, it says user is already login. There is also not providing the fund transfer confirmation receipt/slip. Taking the Screenshot for transaction history is not a good way of digital banking system. I have never seen such a bad mobile banking app in the market. Please learn from other banks and update your banking service.

Lousy app and staff are very poor service for me. I just changed my new handset with the same number. I totally can't access my account any more. I call to the call centre is useless. They said repeatedly that try to activate on your device. I tried so many time but nothing happen till now. Remark Actually, I don't want to give any rate (star) on it but if I don't give the any rating I cant post my review. So, I just gave one star.

The new version sucks! I tried everything they said on call center. But the OTP was not sent to me and I couldn't activate the app. Then I called one of the staffs from local bank and she said I have to come back to the bank personally for the activation. The customers cannot use the phone number for activation anymore and the call center don't even know that fact. I don't wanna give even 1 star!
