Help protect Hawai‘i by reporting your sightings of invasive species using the 643-PEST app, a smartphone companion to the State's 643-PEST telephone hotline. Use this app to easily send a report, including location and photos, of your invasive species sighting to a network of State agencies and partners. We're especially interested in reports of species that are new to Hawaii or new to your island. Invasive species are those that aren't native to Hawai‘i and can harm our environment, agriculture, health, lifestyle, or economy. This app and the 643-PEST online reporting system are supported by the Hawai‘i Invasive Species Council (HISC), which is co-chaired by the Hawai‘i Department of Agriculture and Department of Land and Natural Resources. The 643-PEST online reporting system is maintained by the Hawai‘i Biodiversity Information Network, a project of the University of Hawai‘i Pacific Cooperative Studies Unit.
