I have been a good payer with no late payments. All of a sudden, after clearing my outstanding cash loans, I can no longer withdraw my available cash loan limit. I contacted your support team and was told that they do not have someone to intervene to app related concerns. What a terrible way to have an app and seems nobody is maintaining it properly.

This lending app has no customer service and they will put you on an automatic payment plan without consent regardless of your loyalty in terms of payment to rip you off. they will sell your information and have multiple spam calls to interupt your day. by far the mini games they have such spin the wheel and crack the egg is a scam that give less to none rewards.

I usually pay early, have been paying early, but this time I was few hours past my due date because I was sick. I woke up to multiple, non-stop calls all at once from them, harassing through texts too. PLEASE do not use this app, they are inconsiderate of their clients.
