I find this app good at first, but I realised it's just another lending company people should avoid at all cost. I always made payments on time but unfortunately, got late 1x. I reached out to support, sadly they don't entertain *promise to pay. I accepted the lates fees & had no choice but to be put in an instalment plan with unbelievable amount of interest per month. I understand that. But sending sms re: someone will pay a visit to my address is just too much. I regret using this 🙄

I love the user-friendly app, it's not a hassle to use as long as you're already verified. The only downside for now is the unavailability of the physical card in certain places, including mine. Whenever I try to avail it, and edit my mailing address, it says no connection when I get to the part where I input the barangay. The connection is obviously not the actual problem, you guys should modify that prompt. I hope the reach of your physical cards improves. Will edit my rating then.

My first experience was great until such an unknown transaction occurred. I'd say this app is useful but its security control sucks letting someone access your account without you knowing. Details of transactions are vague and lack information. Customer service as well sucks. After settling this unknown transaction I'll surely delete my account and uninstall the app.
