had no problems with you guys for a loan before. until this month, paid the partial balance of the total loan amount to have the extension.. then the total balance went back up like nothing happened, sent an email to your customer service, couldn't even give me a decent answer. so if a customer keeps on paying the partial amount each month to extend the loan, they won't be able to clear out the total loan since the balance would be the same. tsk.

The app itself is great and first loan was fast. But after the first loan was paid, I am suddenly bombarded with calls from their agent asking you to loan again. I've already declined the offer but they still kept on calling, even to a point that as soon as you declined, they suddenly hung up the phone. Bad experience such as this will prevent someone like me into availing the service.

If you have read the I -star reviews of this app, believe them. I for one have been harassed by their collections officers for countless times already. Credit given, debt paid. And may I add, ON TIME. They may be good to you at first, lending you an amount without interest, but they don't actually care in updating your account upon settling. They have the audacity to send emails stating that they are receiving a high volume of emails but don't actually bother checking payments.
