Things were buggy last week and was not able to apply but I was able to this week. I applied an upgrade thru the app after trying 10+ times. I check the email expecting 1 mail but got 10 mails with different request id. Despite that, our line was successfully upgraded.
Can't upgrade to new go unli plans you should give priorities to your exsisting customers because we have good standing when it comes to payments. Why you prioritize new applicants? Tired of daily data allowance.

Bilis ng bill namin bagal padin net. 2nd UPDATE: Tanggalin nyo na kaya yang data meter nyo tutal walang kwenta. Sa bill, sobrang bilis nya grabe 😂. pwede ko syang i-rate ng 10 star. Wala, bagal padin net. Antayin ko 3rd update nyo.
At least try to fix the data usage. Because this app is complete garbage.
