Can't even log in. It keeps giving me the "Ooops, something went wrong, sorry about that." It's probably the worst app in the world. My rating is actually no stars... they haven't earned it. EDIT: I've used the same phone number and logged in previously but now it will not send an OTP to my phone. I have tried many times but Globe is the worst provider and will not fix their app.

Globe Traveler ESIM is a SCAM!!! To elaborate, they charge you for an esim to be delivered to your phone by this app. They assign a defective esim that is not registered on their system properly. I went to their store in Cebu Mall and they were unable to make it work or provide any type of traveler sim, physical or otherwise. The rep had support contact via TXT to a friend's number. They asked for some info about the transaction and never replied back. Don't waste your time or money. No to Dev..

I have been using this app since 2022, I added 1 mobile number and a broadband. Both are already registered. I was still able to register for broadband data earlier this year on this app. Tell me, why did my broadband number suddenly disappear on my account and can no longer add it again? Seems like every update just resets your account to your default number and takes off any additional registered number. If that is the case, why bother updating if it resets? Wtaf
