Ratings and reviews

I really like the app, it’s very easy to use and helpful. Although there are some things that I would recommend for the promos and stuffs, just like the Go+99, where you get 8GB of data and free 8GB for your choice of apps. I really recommend expanding the apps being used on the freebies, like for GoWatch, you guys should add Loklok and other platforms that can be used for watching movies or shows. This is the bestest thing I can recommend. I hope you guys see this.

Poor support for adding a Globe Home Prepaid WiFi (HPW) N401 unit. The semi-automated process did not work on 2 different phones despite asking help from Globe Support. In the end, Reddit saved the day and with some technical know-how I was able to add the unit manually. Globe needs to fix their app instead of having their customers do the usual uninstall and reinstall process.

Can't even log in. It keeps giving me the "Ooops, something went wrong, sorry about that." It's probably the worst app in the world. My rating is actually no stars... they haven't earned it. EDIT: I've used the same phone number and logged in previously but now it will not send an OTP to my phone. I have tried many times but Globe is the worst provider and will not fix their app.
