Fast transfers and free transactions. This app is really useful. Transfers are fast and I like that the first 3 transfers per day are free of charge. It saves me money compared to other banks. The app is easy to navigate and I can track my money in real time. I also appreciate the high interest on savings. Overall it makes managing money convenient.

Very disappointed. The kiosk machine malfunctioned and jammed my card, staff even confirmed this and assisted me. After retrieval, the card was unusable and didn’t reflect in my app. Despite this, I was asked to pay a ₱200 replacement fee. Customer service also said the transaction was “cancelled,” even though I never cancelled it. This was clearly a system error, not mine. I shouldn’t have to pay for something beyond my control.

Been trying to log in on a different mobile device since my old device is already broken, however I always encounter issues and errors on selfie verification...I tried to contact the support, they replied at first but when they mentioned that they will escalate my concern I haven't heard from them anymore...I did try to email them again but didn't get a response
