No one's answering to my email and it's been 24 hours when they gave me a ticket. I was charged twice for a consultation but I am not in the waiting room anymore after trying refreshing the app since it said in their reminder to do so. I didn't click the "exit the waiting room" button but I'm already in your dashboard and wants me to pay for another consultation. I wasn't able to talk to anyone and was charged multiple times - I demand a refund.

The app won't even launch. I just got sent a link via text message to choose a vaccination date within 24 hours and it won't even open. How am I supposed to proceed? Already uninststalled and reinstalled the app and rebooted my device. The problem still persists. I also emailed their support team a few weeks back and still no response. Poor customer service and faulty app. I wonder why this is being used for something as important as COVID vaccination. 👎🏽

Useless. Placed an order for medicine delivery at 8am and received no advise whatsoever. When I followed up at 4pm, I instantly received an order cancellation message. For support, I had to create a FB account to access messenger, only to be told that I can send them an email. Why not make the email visible on the app from the onset?
