This app isn't ready for prime time. First time I installed it, it would crash every time I started it. So I uninstalled and reinstalled. Now it seems to be working but it's SLOW. It would be better and easier if it was all managed via a browser page and not their app. The PLDT home Wi-Fi service works fine. But loading it is a pain and this app is a pain.

The app doesn't do much. UI is ok. However, when I tried to visit the store, it took me to the webview. That itself is not the best UX. They put a loading spinner on top of the web view, which is unecessary, you could just let the user browse the page while assets are still downloading in the background. I wanted to apply for fiber so i typed in a lot of info into the form. It took me to a next page, however, I pressed the back button to go back, but it closed the webview instead.

Totally not user-friendly. It says password is invalid when I just set it up a few minutes ago, and saved the password. Took me almost an hour to set up an account, whereas the Globe app is much much easier. Finger print sign in option is not working; it still asks me for the password, which was incorrect according to this great app. Horrible. The internet maybe faster than other network but this experience is just absurd.
