This app isn't ready for prime time. First time I installed it, it would crash every time I started it. So I uninstalled and reinstalled. Now it seems to be working but it's SLOW. It would be better and easier if it was all managed via a browser page and not their app. The PLDT home Wi-Fi service works fine. But loading it is a pain and this app is a pain.

I like it but it doesn't give you any options to control your hardware (routers, wifi passwords...) so I can't change my wifi password or customize any of my settings. It really isn't very useful for anything since it doesn't accept foreign credit cards for bill payment, either...

The app doesn't do much. UI is ok. However, when I tried to visit the store, it took me to the webview. That itself is not the best UX. They put a loading spinner on top of the web view, which is unecessary, you could just let the user browse the page while assets are still downloading in the background. I wanted to apply for fiber so i typed in a lot of info into the form. It took me to a next page, however, I pressed the back button to go back, but it closed the webview instead.
