Ratings and reviews

It's super reliable, and it's good that the interest rate isn't that suspiciously high. My only gripe is that this specific app is not accessible on iOS, and cannot be accessed or downloaded on any Windows and Apple tablets and computers. It only works on Android phones. Even on an Android tablet, it doesn't work. But for the loan and the credit limit increase, it's a 10-star. Just make the accessibility better please.

If you wanted to try this app, I recommend you don't. Their customer service and system sucks. I like Tala at first because it was easy. When I make a loan at Aug 28, I waited until Aug 31 but I did not receive the amount. And the loan was there and the interest was piling up even tho I did not get the money. And their customer service took more than 24 hrs to respond, when they do they ask me to wait for another 24hrs w/o any resolution. I ask to delete my acc, they ignore and close the ticket.

Tala has a very poor customer service. My loan was approved though the amount was lower down, but it's fine. The problem here is, it's been over the month but I still haven't received the funds. The app was prompting a problem regarding the disbursement. So I guess, they can't send it over my bank acct. I messaged tala thru the app and thru fb, over and over and over again but there was no response. I can change the disbursement if that's the prob but there was no help. This is very frustrating.
