Ratings and reviews

It's super reliable, and it's good that the interest rate isn't that suspiciously high. My only gripe is that this specific app is not accessible on iOS, and cannot be accessed or downloaded on any Windows and Apple tablets and computers. It only works on Android phones. Even on an Android tablet, it doesn't work. But for the loan and the credit limit increase, it's a 10-star. Just make the accessibility better please.

I tried to use the app for a loan, but when im about to dispense the money to my gcash acc. my account suddenly logged out. And unexpectedly, my account just disappeared. When I try to log in, it says I've exceeded the number of attempts to open the account. Even though I know I didn't make a mistake with the password I entered.

I have fully paid my loan. However, after completing the payment, I am unable to access my account. The system repeatedly instructs me to wait for 3 hours before attempting to log in again. After waiting and trying again, the same message appears, resulting in an ongoing loop. I have already contacted customer service regarding this issue, but no effective solution has been provided. This is unacceptable!!!
