Super buggy. Whenever the app launches, it opens the Alarms & Reminders of the phone system settings. Upper section that scrolls through Member Records ＞ Loans through ＞ Pensions at most times gets stuck, from which I still need to close and reopen the app all over again for it to be clickable. For reference: Samsung S23 Ultra

If I can give zero star, I'll definitely do it. The app always crashed. How can I enroll for my GSIS ID? It says application in progress then suddenly it goes back to login page. Government apps are always not functioning well. Feels like I am in jurassic era with your app. Do something.

The app always crash. Just right now, I cannot open the app. The prompt always says "there is no internet connection" even though I have. Also, there is a prompt in top that says "Update failed. Tap to retry" Hopefully, this will be fixed soon.
