The app was easy to use but the problem is the OTP that you send to my email is not coming through. I tried multiple times and all the same problem. I can't open an OF bank online account. I have the app updated but still the same. Sent email to customer service, no reply at all. You should separate the verification of the email that is registered to the online account. The OTP thru SMS is fine, I was able to receive it immediately. Pls fix this.

I've been trying to message in facebook and email them in there what they call as 24/7 CUSTOMER SERVICE but didn't even get a response! Trying to send money from yesterday morning until now never get even 1 OTP! HELLO? How we gonna trust our money like this when you all are not even trying to fix our problem!

You can easily open the app but impossible to make a transfer. OTP generator system isn't working. If you are paying dues in the philippines, this app is not good for you. I won't recommend it. It creates frustrations and hassle
