I am not receiving the OTP and therefore cannot make any transaction. I have tried on different days and different hours with no luck. It should not be this difficult. There is also no option to register my device. Please fix your system.

The app used to be good & I can transfer funds smoothly but eversince I install it to a new device the OTP generator feature of the app is gone. Everytime I asked for otp a message will appear that my account is already registered with the otp generator which is true but the problem is that otp generator feature is gone now & there is no way I can transfer funds. I emailed ofbank customer care but no reply at all. It's been a month already kindly fix this isssue asap.

At first, its good. Everything goes smooth. But after the apps get updated, it went terrible. I can't recieve pin number during transaction. No response on email also. Please try to fix everything.
