Ratings and reviews

The app is great. However, there is a bug encountered during sign up process of 2 closely identical person. Turns out that if there is 2 closely identical info existing account will be overwritten. Hope that this bug will be updated or fix soon. I also raise and escalated the concern to the home credit customer service. This may happen to other account.

HC is good when purchasing. But, the long term and inflexible payment terms makes me off. I really have a bad experience from you all. You charge 3 days prior and would on the day itself. But your automatic payment sometimes doesn't work. You have a high fee in paying using Maya or Gcash. I prefer and recommend BillEase. You have the option to pay more than the amount in one transaction. I hope you improve or I will never use your service and inform 10 of my friends to use BillEase instead.

Your app is good in terms of helping you on purchasing your dream device in a more convenient payment arrangement. However, the constant calls I'm receiving for marketing is over the top at the most inconvenient time. I don't even have a loan but the constant calls for offers are way too frequent. Even while in commute to work, in the office and even while I'm having lunch. Like seriously, you can't send notifications about marketing thru your app?! Salamat PO,,,and godbleesh to all..
