I love the app experience so far, its my 6th transaction and i dont have any difficulties then and the customer service is very approachable and easy to contact. My only concern as of the moment is me trying to avail the cash loan but the app itself is having difficulties as of the moment so i hope they fix it soon.

No issues with the app. Smooth transactions with my product loan a few years back. My only problem is that my Cash Loan keeps getting rejected for no reason and when I contact the customer service all they can say is that the loan offers are "system generated". FYI, that cash loan offer was back in 2023. It is now 2024 and I'm still not seeing any cash loan offers on my account. I can't really use your services unless I take out a loan from you first, no?
