I don't know what's happening currently to this app. I've used it for a year now and so far it was good. But today, I tried ordering for our lunch but when I proceeded to my order it loaded and it ended up unsuccessful. I repeated my order, checked several times kung ano mali pero ganun parin. Not only that—it suggested to me an other time to deliver. Gutom na kami ni kuya, tas it take damn 30 minutes tas gusto ipa later?? I don't want to order somewhere else, geez, I hope they fix this.

HONEST REVIEW: This year, I've encountered 3 order problems—not because of the app, but because of the delivery and wrong orders. The chat agents of this app are really great, they're responsive to chats and is responsible of notifying the on-duty managers of the branch about the issues. Really handled the problems well with great cooperation and communication. Thank you for your excellent service, McDelivery PH! Keep it up ☺

Poor customer service, and reneges on its obligation to deliver your complete order. Don't even bother ordering from this app, if you chance upon a missing food item, their CSR will just offer you a reimbursement of the missing food item via a digital gift check without even considering the time and delivery expense it took the customer to place an order. I am currently filing a complaint with DTI for this because they are not taking these complaints seriously.
