The SSS employer PRN for kasambahay didn't work. Customer svc said it didn't have that feature yet and offered to do it manually. It took them a week w/c was too long. I had to make several follow ups. When they finally paid, I asked for proof of payment, but didn't get any. I only found out when I checked my SSS employer portal. The problem is they over promise and under deliver. Even if I know it's paid, they never got back to me when they said they would. Worst service ever - both app and CS.

I downloaded this app cause it's the only option for salary loan repayment online. Its functions are good, you've lots of options for paying bills, loans, investments and insurances. The only problem is that it lacks the convenience in adding funds to your wallet for those ordinary people who doesn't have a bank account. The higher the amount the higher the charges. Why not create a virtual account number for each user for easier transaction rather than transferring money from 1 bank to another.

I tried to top up using paypal, after to days it is still in "awaiting payment" status and my wallet is still zero balance. How many days will the money goes to the wallet? I think the top up transaction is too slow. -edit: i just send email to customer care and it was fixed instantly. I just hope there's no need to send an email before it goes to the wallet next time so we will trust your app. And thank you for the fast response. Change the rating from 2 to 3 stars.
