I used their service got confirmation that reservation is confirmed. I inquired directly with the hotel only to find out it was declined. I was not notified I had to ask them if my booking is confirmed, and no surprise they said the hotels has haf overbooking. So what happens if I already made all the arrangements expecting all was good to find out that it wasnt? First and last time I will be using this useless app.
I've tried your online booking and I love the feature "pay at hotel" but I am disappointed that the tax isn't included in your listings. You're trying to trick your customers with the cheap price not knowing that in the payment section, the breakdown of payments still have a 12% additional payment from the price that you've displayed.
Is there any log in feature with google account aside from facebook? I already registered using my google account in browser mode. After I downloaded this app, I can't Log in to it. :( Please advise what to do. thanks.

very bad experienced with this app. 😐 I booked last feb. 11 and just a minute interval i cancelled this booking since may mas better pa (still within travelbook) coz i prefer na mas malamit sa area kung saan may transaction ako. I read the cancellation policy, unlike other hotels may nakalagay na deadline for cancellation ,ito wala.. Tas nag email sakin na narecieve na nila daw yung cancellation request ko. so just today i checked my email again tas may na received na namn ako email from this app.. saying,*********** "We are sending this message to inform you to that we have temporarily suspended your account from using "Pay at Hotel (No Credit Card Needed)"payment method due to the cancellation of your reservation and/or no show incident/s recorded in our system. Kindly settle the cancellation charges directly at the hotel immediately for you to continuously use the "Pay at Hotel (No Credit Card Needed)" payment method. Please notify us if payment has recently been made, so we can rectify our records. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. We hope you acknowledge the terms and conditions of "Pay at Hotel (No Credit Card Needed)" to improve our customer experience.". . ***********anongg e se-settle kong payment dyan ha, take note ilang minuto lang ang pagitan after ako nagcancell ng booking..
