Falsely led I am not happy with this app. It does not support android system and is not responsive with the cam. I spent 150 for this camera and one of the selling points was the ability to use the cell phone as a display if we wanted. So far I have been duped by false advertisement. I have spoke with tech support and tried all trouble shooting with them. Please fix this app.
Eh its ok Doesnt always connect but that seems to be the wifi cradle disconnecting. Does not keep the camera video quality setting....need to keep going back and turning it up to max from medium. Framerate is quite good...better than expected. Nice to have audio also.
The app worked on our cell phones (both Moto X 2013) for about a month or maybe 2. Now the app does not work. Any time we try to view, it tells us Connection Failed. Monitor is docked on the cradle, we have Wireless N at home with 75 up and down. We now have 2 different camera's at home that we cannot connect to when not at the house. Lorex Support could only help with hardware issues, not the app.
Awful This app has yet to work on my or my husband's phone. Very frustrating. ***update - it is now 2 months later and this app still doesn't work. Of course it's too late to take back the monitor so we're stuck with it. You're better off buying a security camera. ***
So so Camera quality is good but needs a lot of light in order for the camera to get out of night mode. The app is very worthless. Basically connects only half the time if ever. Doubt lorex will ever update the app but here is to wishing.
Love the camera But the app only wants to work half of the time. It freezes up and then I end up just using the monitor to watch. Fix this problem with the app and this would be the best video monitor out right now!
