Physical Web

The Physical Web is a discovery service powered by bluetooth low energy beacons. Smart objects broadcast relevant URLs that any nearby device can receive. This simple capability can unlock exciting new ways to interact with the Web. People can walk up to any device - a vending machine, a poster, a toy, a bus stop, a rental car - and get useful content via URLs.

This app allows developers to experiment with the Physical Web. Learn about how to set up your own beacon and more at physical-web.org.
