I love it! I love the water reminder. I would love if the app could sync with Fitbit so it would automatically log my workouts and more so I can get water reminders on my wrist while I'm working. The other thing I did notice that could use improvement is when I'm in the middle of a workout and leave the app to change songs it starts over and I loose my progress.

WAY too much ad content. The voice is way too fast, doesn't explain the pose or what foot to start on, and did I mention the ads??? I hit pause to try to slow down the voice and figure out which leg to start with, then I had to wait for an ad to finish. Uninstalling. My yoga app is better anyway and has a lot of these poses. Don't waste your time!

Hi! Thank you for sharing your observation with us yet we'd like to state that the ads do not interrupt your exercise, you can also remove them from the settings and profile page. On the other, hand actually if the move is not going to be repeated for two sides, it is being explained which side of your body parts you should start to the exercise.

I have been using this app almost every morning for the past month and I can really feel the burst of energy it gives me for the rest of the day and also my physical improvement. Exercises that I struggled with a month ago I can now do much more easily. There are a few small glitches in the app and sentences that are poorly translated to English but none of those affects the effectiveness of the app.
