Ratings and reviews

Easypaisa is convenient for everyday use like sending money, paying bills, and mobile top-ups. The app is easy to use and accepted almost everywhere in Pakistan. However, customer support is weak and sometimes transactions get stuck or delayed, which can be frustrating. Overall, it’s good for small daily payments, but not ideal for keeping large amounts of money.

I have changed my review and rating. Initially I gave this app a five star but in the wake of recent updates, this app has become literally unusable. First of all, I am not able to receive OTP, secondly sign in process have become so much complicated that I am not able to sign in. Thirdly when I am able to sign in all of a sudden I get a message that you have logged in more than one easypaisa account. And then there is issue that you need to sign in your fingerprints to sign in to your account.

I have been trying to verify my Easypaisa account for almost 2 months, but the app gets stuck at the CNIC verification screen. When I enter my CNIC and tap the Verify button, it changes from green to grey and then the app freezes completely. Nothing happens after that. I have tried multiple times on different days, with a stable internet connection, but the issue remains the same.
