The latest version is a waste of time and has significantly reduced the user experience. 1. The UI is not user-friendly. 2. Critical Issue: Go to Packages (e.g., Jazz), select any package, and tap Next. The app automatically displays Your Number, but there is no option to change it if you want to purchase a package for someone else. The Contacts icon does not work, and the phone number field cannot be edited or replaced with another number

I'm trying to log in to my account from a new mobile phone, but I can't. The app says that because it's a new device, I need to complete biometric verification by scanning the fingers of both my right and left hands. After the scan, it shows "Verify from NADRA." When I tap the "OK" button, the whole process starts over again. I've been facing this same issue for the past two months.

Intentionally deducting my money without my permission! They have enabled a hidden auto-debit on my account. Whenever I deposit more than Rs. 150, money is automatically cut for Income Protection Insurance. To date, they have stolen more than Rs. 1000 from me! When I check "My Plans" in the app, it says "No active plan subscriptions." There is not even a proper option inside the app to lodge a complaint about this issue, forcing users to look elsewhere. This is total fraud
