Pak identity is NADRA’s Online identity issuance service for Pakistani citizens that provides an end-to-end solution for applying for identity card. NADRA has launched this app to facilitate Pakistani citizens to apply for following identity documents
• Modification of CNIC
• Renewal of CNIC
• Reprint / Lost of CNIC
• New NICOP
• Modification of NICOP
• Renewal of NICOP
• Reprint / Lost of NICOP

Functionalities:
• Account creation with email, mobile number and biometric verification.
• User login through biometrics (Fingerprints / Facial)
• User-based inbox with a list of all applications
• Interactive data acquisition
• ICAO-based photograph capture through the mobile camera.
• Fingerprints acquisition through mobile camera
• Digital signature capture through the mobile touchscreen
• Document upload through both mobile cameras and by uploading files
• Attester verification through OTP
• Online payments

Ratings and reviews

It's a good initiative, but I am facing some issues. When I was applying for my personal CNIC renewal, it was a very good experience. But when I tried to renew my family members' CNIC, there's no any option for renewal. there's 2 times update CNIC options and 2 times other same option. there's no 4 different options showing as it shows on my friends cell phone. Kindly try to fix this issue. Thanks

Update: I had previously faced the 'Lioness initialization failed' error while trying to verify my identity. The camera wasn't opening and liveness check kept failing. After reporting the issue, I’m happy to say that it has now been resolved. The app is working properly and I was able to complete the verification process successfully. Thank you to the support team for fixing it!"

Not a good UI/UX design, the team seriously needs to revamp the forms. A lot of the field names/meanings do not properly convey the intent. You have to make your best guess and hope that works. Also, some of the fields were just ridiculous. For instance, when putting in my address for Pakistan, I couldn't find the actual "Locality" (in the weird drop down menu). We had a good laugh reading through the hilariously misspelled names of towns and colonies, often repeated and most missing.
