It is giving sync error and connection time out issues. I can't login to the app.

The app is good and improving with every update. However, it still needs some refinements. The white background issue some users are experiencing is due to a borderline in their photo. Some photo studios add a black border around pictures, which causes this error. Please ask them not to add this black border, or remove it yourself by editing the photo. Once removed, the error will no longer appear, and the upload will proceed smoothly.
