The app isn't great and doesn't cover all the steps online. It looks like it was made by someone with basic training. There's no online payment option, and you can't review, edit, or cancel your application. You have to physically go to the PKM office for payment and document collection. That's a problem if you're overseas. It's kind of pointless since you could just send someone to the office to handle everything, including submitting the application.
