This app is incredibly frustrating and completely unreliable. It goes down every two days without fail. Whenever I try to transfer money, the transaction constantly fails.Most recently, they introduced the PayZen QR option. I scanned the QR code, and the payment was instantly deducted from my bank account, but it never reflected in the e-transit app. To make matters worse, their customer support is non-existent there is absolutely no way to contact them for help.

The app is useful, but there is a serious issue with the registration process. I accidentally entered the wrong mobile number during sign-up, so I couldn't receive the OTP. When I tried to register again with the correct number, the app showed that my CNIC was already registered. Please allow users to update their mobile number or save the account only after successful OTP verification. I hope this issue will be fixed soon. Thank you.

I topped up my wallet using the QR code, but even after 5 hours, the balance has not been updated. The “Contact Us” option in the app is not working. I also sent an email regarding this issue, but I have not received any response from your support team. This is very disappointing, and I feel that my money has been wasted. Please resolve this issue and update my balance as soon as possible.
