Poor location tag Installed this app few days ago. Can not tag photo's with exact location even when I take photo outdoor with GPS ON.... Will see few more days.
Very bad - interface, quality - everything I would like to mass geo tag - by locations like four square etc. You can't do anything actually with this tool. Goes one by one and you have to locate it on the map. Uninstalling.
It stopped working properly Sometimes when I am out of cell range my camera does not save the GPS data. I found this app to put the location in if that happens. When I first got it the interface was clumsy, but it worked. Load photo -> find location -> save. Very simple. Now I get errors, or the location is a different country, or I get error about "no backend" (whatever that means). I am switching to a plain exif editor and just do it manually. It is more work, but this app has to many problems now.
Good as expected It does what is explained. But somehow the find button didnt work. It keeps on saying no internet available although my connection is fine. Otherwise, it's good app for geotagging your files manually. The geolocation copy from previous file can be pasted to another same location files. Great!
Destroys Exif metadata like Original Date/Time Handy, but if it overwrites other important metadata like Original Date/Time and F-stop. Nexus 7 2012, Exit checked with ThumbsPlus
Would be good to know how to use it. This app is not intuitive for me. I have not been able to set a location for any photo yet. This does have a map and locations can be chosen on that map but there are no buttons or directions. Some simple directions would actually be helpfull. It crashes on my Sony tablet so frequently it is mostly not worth trying to use. If Sony didn't tweek android and programers remember just because they fiddle with an app for weeks so they know it like the back of their hand, the user has no idea that they have to kick under the table three times to get your baby working, apps might actually be useful.
