Alior Bank mobile application allows you to quickly and securely access your bank account everywhere and at any time.
This mobile application allows to:
- check account balance and last three transactions without the need to log in,
- log in with a PIN,
- send phone transfers,
- scan invoices or QR codes in order to make transfers in an easier way,
- use your smartphone to make contactless payments (HCE),
- manage your payment card – block it, change transaction limits or PIN code, add to Google Pay.
Initial screen: presenting the balance (amount or percent) and last three transactions of chosen account, access to BLIK payments, phone transfers and mobile contactless payments.
Accounts: balance, history, operation details, confirmation of the transaction, a possibility of opening a new account and ordering a debit card, managing benefits of “Konto Jakże Osobiste”.
Transfers: domestic transfers (usual and immediate), possibility of creating payment series or deferred transfer; saving templates, replying to incoming transfers or repeating sent transfers, BLIK phone transfer, mobile top-up, tax transfer, creating or modification of standing orders, VAT Split Payment.
BLIK service: BLIK payments in usual or online stores, a possibility of saving information about the store or browser in order to make next payments quicker, BLIK phone transfers and ATM withdrawals.
Mobile payments: contactless mobile payments (HCE).
Term deposits: information about opened term deposits, opening a new deposit on special terms), closing a term deposit, actual offers.
Debit and credit cards: checking balance, available funds and payments history of a credit card, repayment of a credit card, possibility of card activation and setting your own PIN, temporally blocking, managing transaction limits and changing a PIN.
Loan: information about your loans (history, repayment schedule, details, repayment option); possibility of applying for new loans (on special terms).
Security/Authorization: access to the application is secured with an individual PIN, providing secure activation process using codes from SMS and a phone call.
Service for business clients and plenipotentiaries: special service for business accounts and accounts to which the client is authorized as a representative or a statutory representative.
Sales: possibility of confirming your first account opening with a transfer from another bank or by courier, a possibility of opening more personal, currency or savings accounts, ordering debit cards, opening term deposits (on special terms).
Communication: possibility of sending a message to the bank and replying to incoming answers.
