About this app

"Kajaktour" is a guide in the form of an application for mobile devices with the Android system, which, with the voice of a television lecturer Jacek Brzostyński, guides the user through the land of the Great Arc of the Warta, helping him to visit attractive tourist places and learn interesting facts related to them.

The application uses GPS technology, works in on- and offline mode and does not require any additional actions during operation. Audio files are automatically initialized when the geographical position is reached.

In the application database, apart from the section with audio guide (Działoszyn-Imports), there are several canoe routes located on Warta and Liswarta. Each of them is supported by an interactive map with data about places on the route.

In addition to tourist information, the user also receives proactive navigation messages, e.g. about dangerous places, relocations, direction and way of sailing, as well as marina, shop, camping site, and hotel. Currently, it is the only canoeing application of this type in Poland!
